Generating a research culture in a teaching-focused institution

A panel of six speakers, each discussing what is being done at TAFE Queensland with regards to generating a research culture in a teaching-focused institution.

More specifically, panellists will address:

What we have been doing to engage educators on the scholarship front and how:

• the beginning stages and effort in 2022
• 2023 Scholarship of Teaching and Learning conference (held March 31, 2023)
• series of fortnightly scholarship workshop
• Book of Proceedings from the 2023 conference
• Dual Sector Horizons edited volume (to be published before end 2023)
• Book of Reflections (to be published before end 2023)
• the 2024 Scholarship of Learning ad Teaching (SoLT) conference to be held June 26-28, 2024
