*Student registrations are for full time students only. A copy of the student identification is required with the completed registration form.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Receipt of registration fees will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration, together with a tax invoice receipt. Bookings will only be considered as confirmed when payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations or alterations should be submitted in writing to the AVETRA 2017 Conference Secretariat.

Conference Cancellation:

  • Before 18 February 2017 – $100 Cancellation fee will apply.
  • 18 February to 18 March 2017 – 50% of monies paid will be refunded.
  • From 18 March 2017 – no refund of monies paid.
